About Projects
The situation is, at this time still occupying a place built on the rented site which
operated for almost nine years and has been moving for four times.

Most frequent problem happen is home and land owner attitude not want to
extend the duration of rental agreement and also various of reasons to increase
the rental rate. Apart from that, to have a narrow area such as the present makes it
difficult to carry out prepared activities and also not have enough comfortable
space to use for the purpose of teaching and study.
Benefits from the implementation of this project is to have a permanent placement
for targeted group, reduced operation cost, providing comfortable environment to
carry out prepared activities and most important thing is no more placement
problem and able to save the money that forced to prepare every time the moving
occurs.
With the new constructed placement, Pusat Jagaan Anak Anak Yatim Dan Miskin
Nurul Iman able to place 40 children.
For information, date of the Placement Agreement ends in December 2012.
Estimated cost for the whole project is RM 1 800 000.00 (development of 4 blocks
of 2 storey building on the site ranged of 17 000 square feet) and the cost is only
for building development.
